These Terms of Service govern your use of the Solring AI website (solringai.com) and any services provided by Solring, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. By using this site or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

Services

Solring AI provides AI visibility audits, AEO/GEO optimization, AI agent deployment, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or service agreement) between you and Solring, LLC.

These Terms of Service apply broadly to your use of our website and our general relationship. The individual client agreement governs the specific services you've purchased.

No guarantee of specific AI ranking outcomes

AI search engines — including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and others — are operated by third parties and their algorithms, citation logic, and ranking criteria change frequently and without notice.

While we use best practices to improve your visibility in AI-powered search, we cannot and do not guarantee specific ranking positions, citation frequency, or revenue outcomes. Results vary based on your industry, competition, existing digital presence, and factors outside our control. Any projections or estimates we share are illustrative, not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Your content is yours. Any content, copy, images, or business information you provide to us remains your property. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to perform the services you've hired us for.

Our tools and templates are ours. Solring AI retains all rights to its proprietary methodologies, audit frameworks, prompt structures, automation templates, and internal tools — even when those are used in delivering services to you. Deliverables you've paid for (reports, schemas, configured agents) are yours; the underlying systems that produced them are not.

All content on this website — text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by Solring, LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

Payment and cancellation

Payment terms, cancellation rights, and refund policies are detailed in your individual service agreement. Generally, one-time deliverables (such as the AI Visibility Audit) are non-refundable once work has begun. Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Frederick County, Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
